During my recent weekend stay, I appreciated the complimentary room upgrade with stunning views from the balcony. the buffet breakfast and dinner were a highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes to cater to every taste. the service provided was exceptional, adding to a pleasant overall experience.

The room I had booked was not provided, and the alternative offered was lacking in amenities such as sufficient charging points and hangers for clothes. Misleading information regarding the room's features was disappointing.

Everything else was a comedy of errors - from rude staff to missing money. I ended up in a hall of a room with no view as promised. At least the buffet meals were decent. But the manager's excuses about the room details were laughable. Definitely won't be "upgrading" back here anytime soon. Can't trust a place that can't even manage a pillowcase change.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking, like a painting come to life. I felt like I was in a romantic movie, gazing out at the majestic mountains and listening to the soothing sounds of the river below. It was truly a magical experience that I will never forget.
